1. Who is responsible for your information

Responsible party: Patricio Dambolena (Argentina), trading as "Sunday-Ready". Address: Avenida Calle Real 1631, Merlo, Buenos Aires Province, Argentina. Contact: digitalbnss@hotmail.com.

2. What information

• Browsing data (IP address, device type, pages visited), recorded by the hosting provider (Cloudflare) to serve the page.
• Order data (name, email address). The checkout page is provided by Impultienda and the payment is processed by Impul Pay (Whop), under their own policies. We do not see your card details. We use your name and email to deliver the product and to answer your messages.
• Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.) on this page and on the checkout page, to measure visits and purchases and to show relevant advertising on Facebook and Instagram.

3. Why, and on what basis

• Delivering the files, answering you and processing refunds: performance of the contract with you.
• Measuring visits and purchases and advertising: our legitimate interest in knowing which advertisement brings orders. You can object at any time (see section 6).

4. Cookies

This page stores in your browser the countdown of the gifts (session storage, deleted when you close the tab). The Meta Pixel sets its own cookies to measure and to show advertising. You can block them in your browser settings, and you can manage the advertising you see from Meta at facebook.com/ads/preferences.

5. How long we keep it

We keep order data for as long as needed to deliver the product, handle a possible refund and meet our legal obligations. Data collected by Meta is subject to Meta's terms.

6. Your rights

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA) you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, and you can object to its processing for direct marketing. Write to digitalbnss@hotmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa), inforegulator.org.za.

7. Transfers outside South Africa

The responsible party is in Argentina. Cloudflare, Meta and Whop may process data outside South Africa, for example in the United States, under their own safeguards and in line with section 72 of POPIA.
