The First Sunday guarantee

You have 14 days from the date of purchase. Open the file, take Sunday 1 to your pulpit and preach it. If the sermon is not complete, clear and ready to preach as written, you get every rand back. You keep The Emergency 12 either way.

How to ask for a refund

1. Write to digitalbnss@hotmail.com from the email address you used to buy, within 14 days of your purchase.
2. Put "Refund" in the subject line and tell us, in a line or two, what was not ready to preach. You do not need to send anything else.
3. We confirm by email and start the refund within 14 days of your request, to the same payment method you used. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to show it.

What is not covered

Requests made more than 14 days after the purchase, and requests from an email address other than the one used at checkout (write to us from that address, or tell us the order number from your confirmation email).

Your legal rights

This guarantee is in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002, or under the consumer laws of the country where you live.
