The Sunday-Ready Year is digital content delivered as PDF files: The 52 Sundays (twelve monthly files with 52 complete sermons and their preacher's cards), The Topic Bank (500 sermon outlines by theme and occasion) and Every Book on One Page (the 66 books of the Bible, one page each). The three gifts shown on the page (The Emergency 12, The Hard Questions Card, 52 Altar Calls & Closing Prayers) come with orders placed while they are shown on the page. There is no physical product and nothing is posted.
Scripture quotations are from the King James Version. The material is ministry support material: it does not replace your own study of Scripture or the counsel of your church's leadership.
The price in South Africa is R 349 (South African rand), paid once: there is no subscription and no automatic renewal. On the checkout page you may, if you wish, add optional extras; the price of each is shown there. In other countries the price is shown in the local currency on the checkout page. The checkout page is provided by Impultienda and card payments are processed by Impul Pay (operated by Whop). We do not see or store your card details.
You start the order with the purchase button on the page. On the checkout page you enter your email address and your name and pay; you can correct your details in the fields before paying. The contract is concluded when the payment is successful. Keep the confirmation email.
Right after payment you receive, at the email address you gave at checkout, your welcome email with your access details. All the materials reach your inbox within 48 hours at the latest. If you cannot find them, check your spam folder and write to us.
14 days, full refund. Open the file and preach Sunday 1. If the sermon is not complete, clear and ready to preach as written, write within 14 days of your purchase to digitalbnss@hotmail.com from the email address you used to buy, and we refund the full amount. The refund is started within 14 days of your request, to the same payment method. You keep The Emergency 12 either way.
This guarantee is in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002, or under the consumer laws of the country where you live.
The files are for the personal ministry use of the buyer: you may print them, use them on all your devices, and preach, adapt and translate the sermons for your own congregation. You may not resell, redistribute or publish them, in whole or in part, or present them as your own product for sale. The content is protected by copyright.
You can send a complaint to digitalbnss@hotmail.com; we reply in writing within 30 days. In South Africa you may also approach the National Consumer Commission or the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud.
For consumers in South Africa this contract is governed by South African law. This does not limit the protection given to you by the mandatory consumer rules of the country where you live.
